My Journey
If you are reading this, you are probably looking for a fitness + wellness + life coach and you have come to the right place. I am here to help you achieve your goals and transform your life but I think it helps to have some context on my story and what shapes me.
I started my fitness journey over ten years ago in college. It's hard to believe but at one time, I weighed over 300 pounds and lived an unhealthy lifestyle where I thought I was sure to be dead by 30.
The lowest of lows...
For years, I struggled with my weight, unhealthy habits, and emotional eating — all made worse by a tough upbringing and personal loss. At my lowest, I developed chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) — hives with no known cause. Doctors gave me meds, but deep down, I knew it came from poor diet, inactivity, and stress. I was sick of feeling sick. I couldn't ignore that my lifestyle was the root of it — not some mystery condition. So I decided to change. Here is a photo of me at my heaviest, weighing in at 300 pounds. I was miserable and lost, but I was ready to take control of my life.

The turning point...
I got the mental support I needed and finally accepted an invite from a college friend to hit the gym. The "GOAT," as we'll call him, showed me the ropes, and I was instantly hooked. I started studying training, nutrition, and weight loss, eventually finding powerlifting and competing.
My love for food turned into learning how to cook, meal prep, and fuel my body right. I even faced new challenges — like learning to eat enough after losing weight. Food isn't "bad"; it's energy for growth. I realized real change comes from effort — and the only thing that can stop us is us.
The journey continues...
After 10+ years of learning and evolving, I'm here to help others do the same. I've earned certifications, coached group fitness, and helped people build strength and confidence. I was once that scared, non confident person, but I learned to love myself and my body. I want to help you do the same. I know what it feels like to be lost, and I want to help you find your way. I want to help you build a life you love and a body you are proud of. I want to help you become the best version of yourself.
If there is one thing I have learned:
I am a firm believer that fitness is a lifelong journey and there is no finish line. It is a constant evolution of self.
Ready to start your journey?
Whether you're new to fitness or getting back into it, I'll build a plan that works with your life—your schedule, your pace, your goals.
